Benjamin Eidam is 27 years old and co-founded the TPD, the Transhuman Party Germany in 2015. From 2016 to 2018 he was chairman of the TPD
Benjamin studied Industrial Engineering and Management in Germany and Scotland, as well as in the online counter-terrorism course at Leiden University. He studied complexity sciences at the Santa Fe Institute, among others.
Since the beginning of 2017 he has been working in his own online business. Together with a friend he is working on an app that is supposed to “make people addicted to knowledge”.
His ambitious goal is to provide access to knowledge for millions of users. But not only that – they should become addicted to knowledge, with the App.
Besides the dream of a world trip, his declared goal is the realization of his idea of self-sufficiency.
To this end, he has been working for several years on a theory of state based on a mixture of minarchy and merito-/technocracy.
He calls it the minimally invasive rule of the “best and wisest” as a superstructure for the self-sufficiency of each individual.
