Psychology Meets the Future: Who is Birgit Eckart?

As an experienced expert in psychology and transformation processes, Birgit brings more than just business acumen to the table—she is responsible for global self-reflection initiatives at Siemens AG and leads two coaching programs. But beyond her corporate role, she is deeply passionate about the psychological mechanisms that drive change.

With an international certification as a coach (ICF) and extensive expertise in personality development, she helps individuals and teams not just navigate change, but actively shape it. Her approach? Making scientific insights tangible and translating them into real-life strategies. In addition to her work in the corporate world, she shares her knowledge as a lecturer at EUFH and cbs, aiming to equip young people with the mindset and tools to embrace change as an opportunity.

What drives you, Birgit?

I am driven by questions like: How do new technologies shape our thinking? How can we stay mentally agile in a world of constant transformation? And how do we create a future that balances progress with humanity? I firmly believe that change is nothing to fear—it is an invitation to rediscover both ourselves and the world.

I look forward to contributing to the publications of Utopiensammlerin e.V. and exploring these topics further.
