If we do not train our society in radical rethinking, we risk a future deficit, an era of repetitions of what already is, instead of what could be.

The need for new visions and utopias is more urgent than ever. Historically, visions have played a central role as a source of inspiration and a guide for societal and political change. Once, the Enlightenment shifted the basis of visions from divine inspiration to human reason, making philosophy a place for direction-setting ideas. In this tradition, my demand for a reevaluation and reinvention of the role of AI in art and culture likely stands.
