Astrid Brüggemann (born in 1970 in Munich) is a studied Germanist and business economist. Until ChatGPT hit the market, she conducted speed reading trainings for people who need to read a lot for work. However, ChatGPT, as she says, has “made her role as a speed-reading trainer redundant” since the advent of AI has massively changed the way humans process information.
Ever since ChatGPT was released in November 2022, Astrid has been deeply engaged with the capabilities and limitations of the chatbot. She has passionately delved into prompt crafting to achieve the best possible results and give companies a competitive edge.
Lifelong learning is a matter of course for her. Astrid developed the modern speed-reading method Motion Reading®, which enables professional prolific readers to significantly increase their reading efficiency. Additionally, she now offers courses in prompt crafting and delivers numerous lectures and workshops on the use of artificial intelligence in education, research, and business. She also runs an AI workshop for academic writing at Wilhelm Büchner University.
